Turning security priorities
into work teams can deliver.
Most security work crosses team lines. I help sponsors, project leads, engineers, and security teams get clear on what needs to happen, who owns it, and what could get in the way.
My role is to give that work structure: define the scope and deliverables, surface resource needs and risks, and keep progress visible without adding unnecessary process.
Because I came up through systems architecture and engineering, I can ask better questions, understand the tradeoffs, and keep program decisions connected to technical reality.
